    Managing Partner – GenWel Capital

Robert Napolitano is a founding member and Managing Partner of GenWel Capital.  He leads the investment committee at GenWel Capital and a member of the loan committee for a private lending fund managed by GenWel Capital 2.  Since inception, GenWel has raised $55 million across three unique offerings that span residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.  Robert is also a partner at Napier Financial where he is responsible for the alternative investment division of the firm.

Robert has worked in the wealth management industry since 2009, specializing in developing portfolios and reviewing alternative investments for high-net-worth families.  From 2011 through 2018 Robert managed model portfolios with more than $250 million in assets while working with advisors around the country.  In 2018 Robert shifted his focus and built a wealth management practice before ultimately partnering with Napier Financial in July of 2022.

Prior to joining Napier Financial (formerly U.S. Wealth Management), Robert oversaw a portfolio of more than ten large commercial and residential properties with annual revenues exceeding $28 million. By delivering monthly financial statements, creating annual forecasts, and relaying accurate information to investors and management company shareholders, he gained real estate experience that ignited the passion for alternative investments. Rob currently lives in Norwell with his Wife, Jenna, and their three young children. He enjoys spending time with his family on their boat, riding bicycles, or driving on to Duxbury beach. When he isn’t chasing around his children, he can be found tinkering with the engine in his race car or fishing on the family’s boat.

Rob is a graduate of Bentley University with a B.S. degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting.

    John Napolitano

    Managing Partner – GenWel Capital

John is a Managing partner at GenWel Capital and a member of their investment committee. For more than 35 years, John has devoted his career to working with a diverse team of passionate professionals within the investment and wealth management industry. He works with families and small businesses and provides proactive and holistic financial guidance to help them make sound financial decisions.

With a start in public accounting and a concentration in taxation for small businesses and high net worth families, John quickly saw the void in the way that families received financial advice. It was frequently dis-jointed with no one being accountable for making sure that everything is coordinated, and that the clients entire financial house is in order. It was that strong desire to make sure that all clients financial needs are met that led to the birthing of the firm he leads today.
